All Pinot Noir grapes for this wine were sourced from Tonford Manor Vineyard in Harbledown, Kent. Pete and Louis have been helping Graham and David look after their vines and this wine represents the first year of this collaboration
Destemmed, macerated, gentle pump overs, pressed, fermented in stainless steel, full malo and unfiltered at bottling
The extended skin contact of this wine showcases a striking ruby colour. On the nose there are bold notes of ripe strawberries and raspberries followed by a touch of rose petal. A gentle earthiness reminiscent of white pepper provides complexity
The palate has loads of juicy red berry flavours accompanied by zingy pomegranate. There is some tannin from maceration that adds slight grip and structure. The finish has a subtle prickle making this wine seriously gluggable
