Damaged or Missing Orders

Sorry to hear this has happened. Please get in touch with us on the same day you received your order or when you were expecting to receive your order sales@slowbeam.co.uk


Returns

We're happy to take back any bottles that are still in perfect condition up to 14 days from the date ordered. Please get in touch via sales@slowbeam.co.uk to start the returns process.

All charges (less the original delivery cost) will be refunded upon our receipt of the goods. The goods must be in their original condition of sale. The cost of returning the order is at your expense. Risk remains with the buyer until the wines are in our possession.


Out of Condition Wine

If you believe your wine to be out of condition, please reseal your bottle(s) and get in touch with us as soon as you can sales@slowbeam.co.uk. We may request details from you including a thorough description and photos. In some cases we may ask to inspect faulty wines ourselves so please don't discard. If a wine is deemed faulty, we will happily send a replacement for free including the delivery cost. If a replacement isn't available or desired, a refund or credit will be issued.
